Acordis Kicks Off the Fight Against Cancer with LLS

On February 27th, Acordis proudly joined the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) to kick off the 2025 Visionary of the Year campaign—and what an inspiring night it was.

Our very own Narjis Khan, Vice President of Operations at Acordis Technology & Solutions, was honored to be introduced as a Visionary of the Year candidate, joining a powerful group of changemakers committed to fighting blood cancer.

The kickoff event was more than just a launch—it was a celebration of hope, resilience, and community. Surrounded by survivors, advocates, and supporters, Narjis shared her deeply personal connection to the cause:

“Like many of us, I’ve lost family members to cancer. I’ve seen the pain, the strength, and the courage it takes to fight. That’s why this mission means so much to me—and why I’m asking for your help.”

Narjis was recognized that evening as the Kickoff Incentive Winner, a reflection of her early momentum and dedication to reaching her fundraising goal of $125,000 for life-saving research and patient support.

Since 1949, LLS has invested more than $1.6 billion in research and has helped advance 70% of all blood cancer treatments approved by the FDA in recent years. But the fight is far from over, and this campaign is a powerful way to push progress forward.

What’s Next? This kickoff was just the beginning. Over the next several weeks, Narjis will be leading fundraising efforts, sharing powerful stories, and inviting our community to stand together in support of families affected by blood cancers.
