What we do
- Use a clear page structure with headings, landmarks and descriptive link and button text so the site works with screen readers.
- Support keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators on links, buttons and form fields. Our service tabs can be operated with the arrow keys.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and label our form fields.
- Choose color combinations for readable contrast, and avoid relying on color alone to convey information.
- Respect your device’s “reduce motion” setting by limiting animation.
- Design pages to work across screen sizes and with browser zoom.
- Review new pages and content for accessibility as they are added.
How we evaluate accessibility
We assess accessibility through design review and automated checks of every page for page language, heading structure, text alternatives for images, form labels, and link and button names. Our most recent review was completed on October 29, 2026. We plan to add manual keyboard and screen reader testing to our ongoing reviews.
Known limitations
- Some downloadable documents or older content may not be fully accessible. If you need information in another format, please contact us and we will work with you to provide a reasonable alternative.
- The headings in our site navigation and footer do not yet follow a strict heading order. We plan to correct this in a future update.
- Third-party content or tools may present accessibility barriers outside our direct control. If you encounter difficulty, contact us so we can help you access the information or complete your request.
