International Women’s Day is a world-wide day honoring the culture, economic, social, and political triumphs of women. This day also celebrates growing gender equality. Considerable interest is observed globally to acknowledge women’s achievements or rally for women’s equality. Tracy Mourning | Company: Honey Shine | Designation: Founder

Tracy Wilson Mourning is a close friend to Acordis as well as, philanthropist, mentor, designer, broadcast journalist, motivational speaker, soon-to-be published author, and a devoted mother. She is a Howard University graduate with a major in Broadcast Journalism and minor in Business. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada; for the past 25 years, Tracy affectionately calls Miami “Home”.

Tracy is the Co-Founder of Mourning Family Foundation (formerly known as Alonzo Mourning Charities), a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) public fundraising foundation, created to inspire others through advocacy, education, and enrichment services

In 2002, after a lot of soul searching, I founded the Honey Shine Mentoring Program. I wanted to make a difference in the lives of young girls. It is my calling, and now my mission, to teach and learn through mentoring. My commitment to the Honey Shine Mentoring Program is not only spiritually fulfilling, but also feeds my passion for inspiring future leaders. I invite and encourage other women to join me in shining their light to brighten the paths of our young girls.

Aigul Tokayeva is the Founder and primary decision-maker of Hi-Tech Intelligent Services. Before founding Hi-Tech Intelligent Services, she served as the Head of Chemical Testing Lab of Amitex Astana LLP, one of Kazakhstan’s leading pipe technology companies. Aigul had also held several senior technical and management positions at Kazakhstan National Railway Company. Being skilled in business planning and implementing strategies and policies has allowed Aigul to be a leader in the tech industry and has earned global recognition in the industry.

 

Allison Hartsoe | Company: Ambition Data | Designation: Founder & CEO

Allison Hartsoe is a serial entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Ambition Data. She is also the host of the Customer Equity Accelerator Podcast, where she talks with leaders from Wharton, MIT, and Google, who are driving the customer-centric revolution to deliver better bottom-line impact. Before Ambition Data, Allison was a Senior Manager at EY, which resulted from an acquisition.
