RETURN POLICY

 

Acordis Technology & Solutions is proud to offer outstanding products and support to our customers. We realize that it is essential that our customers understand the established standards within the industry, related to the terms & conditions of any sale. Purchasing computers, software, hardware, and any other electronic goods are subject to various manufacturer restrictions.

The products which Acordis Technology & Solutions sells are subject to the warranty provided by the manufacturer and is also the foremost place where you should seek assistance regarding any difficulties that you might experience with your purchase. We recommend all customers to get in touch with the manufacturer regarding warranties provided by the manufacturer.

Apple Computer Products – All Apple Products cannot be returned once the sale has been completed. A warranty of one year is offered by Apple on all electronic equipment. You may reach out to Apple within the one-year warranty period and submit a warranty claim.

Custom Configurations & Leased Printer/Copiers – Refunds and returns are not allowed for equipment certain on leases, such as printers, copiers, or any items which have been ordered especially for you, as well as for system’s customer configurations which are unusual.

Other Products – Non-returnable – Product returns are not allowed according to the restrictions and policies of several manufacturers. The manufacturer’s products mentioned here, not including all, cannot be returned – 3com, Cisco, IBM, Compaq, Intel, Toshiba, Adobe, HP, Lenovo, Sony, Polycom, and Quark. Many other manufacturers might also be applicable to the list mentioned here, so kindly give us a call to get the latest information. To know more about the replacement or return of the products provided by these brands in accordance with their respective warranties and/or guarantees, you are required to directly get in touch with the manufacturer.

Money-back guarantees are provided by many manufacturers (MBG). In such cases, product returns will not be accepted by Acordis Technology & Solutions. You are required to directly contact the product manufacturer with regards to returning a product and any policies regarding this.

Items with a money-back guarantee from the manufacturer. Some items offer a Money Back Guarantee from the manufacturer (an “MBG”). In those instances, Acordis Technology & Solutions will not accept product returns. You will need to contact the manufacturer directly regarding the return of the product and policies regarding such a return.

Software – Opened software cannot be returned. Even unopened software cannot be returned after three days of receiving the product. All sales involving licensing are final. Actual shipping charges cannot be refunded. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges applicable to returning the software.

Damaged Shipments – In case you receive damaged products through shipment – in case you notice visible damage and/or tampering on the product box you receive, then you can refuse the shipment. In case you accept the shipment, then make sure to note down the damages on delivery record of the carrier according to the policy of carrier, keep the merchandise saved in original packing you received it in and immediately notify Acordis Technology & Solutions so that an inspection of the carrier can be arranged, along with picking up the damaged product. In case of concealed damage of any kind, you must report it in 3 days. Failure to do this, any damage’s claim will be overridden by the return policy and the product you have purchased will come under the current restrictions levied by the manufacturer.

Non-Defective Product Returns – Non-defective items can be returned (subject to the return policy of the manufacturer) to Acordis Technology & Solutions for exchange or credit within ten days of the invoice. A restocking fee of 15% will be applicable. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. It is essential for the products to be unopened and in their original condition for return, along with return authorization to be received from Acordis.

Order Discrepancies – Any discrepancies of order, such as missing components/items, short or miss-shipments should be reported to Acordis Technology & Solutions in 3 days’ time after receiving the shipment.

Non-returnable Items – Custom built system configurations, open box products, and special orders are deemed to be non-returnable items.

Obtaining a Return Authorization – Prior to returning a product to Acordis Technology & Solutions, kindly call at 954-620-0072 to contact the Customer Service Department within ten days of purchase to receive a Return Authorization number. If your request is in accordance with the applicable return criteria, then a RA number will be issued and sent to you by the Returns Department, along with instructions about the next process. Kindly note, accepting product returns is not possible without an RA number, irrespective of their type. Customers are given five days, after receiving the RA number, for returning the product. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges applicable to products while returning them. It is suggested to use acarrier option which is traceable, to insure the return shipment, in the instance of any damage or loss.

Processing/Restocking Fees – A restocking fee of a minimum of 20% will be applicable to every refused order.Additional charges for shipping will also be applicable on refused orders for covering the expenses of product return to Acordis Technology & Solutions. Returned products will be subjected to a 20% processing/restocking fee.

Right of Offset – In case any amount is due Acordis Technology & Solutions has the right for setting off and applying any amounts which are otherwise owed by Acordis to the purchaser, without any prior notice, to the amounts owed by the purchaser to Acordis, in every case.

Availability and Prices – Due to the dynamic aspect of industry, availability, and prices are, without any notice, subject to modification. Any price adjustments, caused due to the price changes by the manufacturer after the original sale date, will not be issued by Acordis Technology & Solutions. It is our ultimate aim to deliver up-to-date and the mostaccurate information, however, errors are unavoidable and Acordis reserves the right for making changes without any notice. We base anticipated product delivery dates on the basis of information provided by the vendor and these are subject to modification.

Technical, Photographic, and Typographic Errors – It is our aim to attain 100% accuracy; however, inaccuracies and errors occur occasionally. In case you notice any inaccuracy or error, then kindly inform us and allow us to correct the same. Depicted packaging and products might differ from the available stock while shipping. Acordis Technology & Solutions reserves the right for substituting equivalent items. In case of any error and a particular product gets listed at an unreasonable price, Acordis can, at will, cancel or refuse the order which is placed at an incorrect price. In case an order is confirmed, as well as charged to the credit card at an incorrect price, then Acordis has the right for issuing a credit immediately according to the amount of incorrect price.
